1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
The prompt was really easy to understand but I found it a bit restricting. To many elements had to be a certain way.
This is just a personal preference, since I sign up for this group to do some fun designs of my own imagination without the pressure of doing them on commissions and I prefer to just use my own vision.
I felt like I could have done a much stronger design with more freedom.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
A female water centaur based on Tolkien elves just like what was asked for. I chose a dapple grey horse for the animal portions since I am fond of that breed and thought it would work well with the theme. While white was suggested for the tunic, I felt she looked to anemic in those colors, so I opted for blue instead. I kept the silver though.
Braided hair, jewelry, and clothing style were all part of what was asked for on the prompt. The cirlet and staff both have dolphins to keep with the theme.
It may be hard to see in the picture, but the hair and tail are slightly darker on top and fades into a lighter blonde.
