Description
I have no idea what to call this, but it's very shiny and jingly ^_^Unfortunately it's made to go with either a really low or really high neckline, and I don't have much of either category. :[
Made of lots of aluminum 4-in-1, some shaggy loop, lots of jump rings, and glass beads.
Not sure what I think of the final product. Open to comments/ideas/suggestions.
