"Rocket Number 9, Blast off to the Planet Venus"
I wanted to do something for the release of ARTPOP on Monday whilst watching The Simpsons on SKYOne an episode "The Last Temptation of Homer" was playing and the scene with Homer imagining Mindy as the goddess Venus gave me inspiration for this along with the fact that GAGA has been heavily taking inspiration from the painting itself.
