So the story behind this one...?Few days ago, I heard Madonna's *material girl* and I was hit an idea of Isabella being in Madonna's shoes in the music video...
Then I took the idea even further and imagined Varric singing in the rain and Merril being all excited of the sound of mag... music... whatever...
I was going to draw Isabela first, but then I realized that Bethany might be better candidate wearing a pretty dress and being carried by the men in tuxedo, while Isabela might be just perfect making a *cats* appearance...
I can't decide really, I am not really a fan of musicals etcr, so I'd appreciate if you people could throw your ideas at me...
P.S. The animal in the basket is trying to be feathers...
P.S.S If anyone recognizes of which Sailor moon season and from which episode the colors and the pattern of the dress are taken, the first one to guess right may ask a commission from me.

all I can think off on the dress, is that when normally Merrill is seen in nature-y colours, the dress has more Hawke-y colors (as in golds, reds..) but the purple and pink baffle me on that notion, so... dunno ¤_¤

Well, I am a fan of Musicals myself, so with Isabela I'd suggest the Musical Chicago. It's all about booze, Jazz and cheating on your husband and getting away with killing people.
And well, the line: "You can like the life you're livin' and you can live the life you like. You can even marry Harry, but mess around with Ike..."just seems a bit fitting? XD It’s just a suggestion and it was the first thing I thought of.
… I suppose you could dress up Aveline as Inspector Javert from Les Misérables? XD
And now I’m imagining Anders as Elphaba running around and singing Defying Gravity. I better stop here before my brain thinks of something even worse XD

If you happen to come up with anymore ideas that would fit those characters from the origins and DLC:s, I'd be delighted if you could share them. I can't promise I will do all of them, but I'll do my best!

Oh my, I'd be honored if you took ANY of my suggestions XD Here's the ones I can think of from the top of my head… You’re welcome to ask for actual specific characters later on if you get stuck XD… here goes.
- Varric as Che from the musical Evita, since Che is a character that simply tells the story and comments on it.
- Morrigan… due to her shape shifting I could see her in Cats.
- Wynne as Mary Poppins, because as much as she Grandmother’s Alistair!
- Justice as the Phantom from the Phantom of the Opera, since he’s described to appear as, and feel as cold as a rotting corpse.
- I could see Sten as someone from the Lion King, but mainly because that’d make his claws his weapons, and therefore they would still be a part of him.
- Dog… as Snoopy in Snoopy the Musical? “My Stomach Clock just went off… and Hawke/The Warden has forgotten to feed me…”
That's what I could think of right now... before my brain became too weird XD Hope you could use some of them.
