Description Heres the latest addition to the Bleach collection, a sword which is both powerful yet secret, and owned by a rather unique character. Yes im talking about the Crimson Princess herself Benihime, owned by Kisuke Urahara from the Anime/Manga Bleach.

Ok so the specs are:

Blade length: 750mm
Blade Width: 50mm
Guard length: 130mm
Guard Width: 55mm
Handle length: 290mm
Handle Width: 35mm
Three part bow: red 7mm nylon cord
End cap tassel: red embroidery cotton
Tassel of Triangles: foam

I will admit this was by far the most time consuming sword i've made, not really because it was hard to make but more because there is a lot of tricky decoration on it. The tassel on the end cap gave me the most trouble as I really wanted it to look like the manga image i was using as reference, but it took three attempts to get it right (i think, lol)
Anyway, overall i did enjoy making this sword as its completely different from most of the other swords i've made, and the beginning of this project already seems like years ago.

beautiful sword!! oo so much details and well made..the quality is so superior to the ones you get in the stores! ^^ i was wondering (from looking at your swords ) do you do commissions? and how much do you charge? because in sept i have a cosplay event..and im going as matsumoto...and the swords for sale online etc..arent that good...or are hard to find :S but! i would be so interested in buying from you ^^ if you can let me know,it would be greatly appreciated! thanks! ^^

Believe me i thought so too before i started making it, but in all honesty it wasn't too hard to make. In terms of shape it wasn't too complicated as the blade is straight, the guard is just straight lines and the hilt is also straight ... so yeah, pretty STRAIGHT forward (excuse the bad joke there )

Saying that, it still took a while to do due to the small details and decorations all over it.

i've seen all of their Benihime's
and still, in my opinion, this is still the best one,
no offense to the others, they're great as well, but this one's so neat and precise.
