Love love this artwork I just think that the blue magic it a bit odd looking, I think it should look more like stringy or winding, less like a cloud, unless it is purposely supposed to look like a cloud. I can’t really draw magic either, I just haven’t found the style of how I would do it, but yours should be more wavey, also the shadows of the books are not there, plus the shadow of the person doesn’t show the robe.
This is my first critique so I hope that it helped, I a positive way of corse.

Thanks for the critique! Although I probably shouldn't have it on for these images heh. It's actually not fully 'finished'. It purposely doesn't have shadows or highlights, it was meant to stay a flat colored image.
The magic looks cloudy cuz I figured that's an okay way to draw something levitating with magic. I'm sure it's not correct, but hey...magic isn't real

Yeah for this image, it won't be finished. It was a Patreon reward and those only get flat colored. But there's plenty of other fully done images in my gallery that you can go ham on
I'll just have to make sure I don't put the critique on unfinished images lol. I forget to untick it, usually I just leave it on and forget it's even there.
