This is THE most BADASS Character in Fighting Games PERIOD!! Now the term Badass is 'Imo" GREATLY overused and used for some people who arnt even a badass. Now, some chars have badass feats or a badass costume, or a badass move, but Gouki is what i call an ALL AROUND BADASS!!

Using the 'Satsui No Hadou', This guy has Fucking 'Killed' M. BISON in one BLOW!
He has Sank ISLANDS!! He SPLIT MOUNTAINS,
Cleared entire Forests,
did some crazy shit to a volcano!,
Destroyed a Submarine and Full Navy Ship in one Move...ALL FOR FUCKING PRACTICE!!

Just when we thought this guy could not get any more badass, We find out that His has HIDDEN POWER and what he has shown us was just the tip of the iceberg!! Enter SHIN GOUKI!!! The guy Fucking Destroyed a Meteor in mid travel towards earth!! canon or not, it was DONE!

NOW HE's FUCKING ONI!!! This guy is borderline Dragonball Tier, IF HE ISNT DB tier ALREADY!!!

And NO DOUBT Gouki/Akuma is THE Strongest Char in SF!

I know i sound like a FANBOY but, DAMN Gouki is a BADASS! a 'TRUE' BADASS!

Im actually going to get his symbol tattooed on MY Back...uh, when i get the endurance for such pain. lol
