My entry for 's ridley contest.Had to experiment with the concept of shading with ink, as I had never done it before.
Really happy with how this came out, though.
I can picture him peering down at his next prey, most likely another attempt at defeating his nemesis Samus.

medium includes a #2 mechanical pencil, Strathmore 9x12 60lb sketch paper and speedball super black ink (diluted for shading, pure for lines).

thanks! Had to experiment a bit with diluted ink in order to figure out how to get it to work right ^^
