Sugawara no Michizane from Okamiden. One of my favorite minor characters from the game. Even though he only was there for like a minute or two.I don't know why I like him so much. Maybe it's because of his design. Especially the robe and hair. I love male anime/ video game characters with long hair for some reason. Hope the quality is ok. If not then I'll use my scanner
