Chrysocolla is my absolute favorite stone and to see that you have anthropomorphized its beauty into a powerful looking woman is so fitting. Just beautiful work.

Aw I totally understand what you mean, but whenever I feel like that about an artist instead of making me feel bad and putting myself down I try to see it as a goal I need to reach and surpass. Seriously, if you need help in understanding something about this piece and/or how I did it, let me know, I will help you however I can.
Another thing, I didn't try the contest for the prize really, I just thought it was a pretty cool theme and the characters looked so good I had to give it a go, but it would be lame to not let the author know about it. So please, don't count me in for the contest, I'm just in for the sport.
