Yeah, some random character who just popped-up in my head. I was going to give her the standard-boring-gothic-chick color theme (pale skin, black with lots of red or purple), but changed my mind. So there is this bizarre combination. But I enjoyed her design...And hated the colors Who cares?

I like when those characters just pop-up, and have been a loong time since the last one appeared like this
