Usually when I can't come up with a name I translate her name to Italian (because the Winx's names are usually italian), but in this case you'd end up with Velocita or Rapidita... I don't know if those names are very catchy Maybe one of those can be her full name, but everybody calls her 'Cita' or 'Dita' or something?
