Some design practice on a base, just for fun! Sort of a semi-aquatic feline, perhaps. Loosely based on a poison dart frog and some of my favorite colors.

This is an OTA! I'll consider money, or money+art, but not art alone, nor character trades.
Minimum 20$ USD for money-only offers. For a good offer, I'll add in some extra art for the character! <3
New owner will receive copy without watermark and without shading.

If I don't get any offer that really is of interest, I'll gladly hang onto this kiddo – but I have too many characters already so I want to put it out for offers so it can hopefully be taken off my hands

Nonetheless, it was good, fun practice and I'm actually rather happy with the results
