Taum Mama Challenge piece, anime prompt.
I am not an anime person so this one was actually really tough! coming up with an idea at all was difficult so i decided just to do a fake screencap thingy. I referenced a screencap but i have no idea what anime it was from tbh, i jsut looked up "anime screenshot" and went from that lol. it had a pink haired character thats all i know. anyway, this taum is Skeks and belongs to TheRamblingRabbit

Ulti I love this, you really nailed the theme, especially with the line work and the caption lol. I love how much detail you got in this with the many wrinkles, and then adding shading in them to make them deep and "permanent" feeling, it's really thoughtfully done.

Ulti! This is so cool XD I absolutely LOVE seeing movie caption themed artwork. It legit looks like it's from a show haha. It brings me back to the days of VCR and watching Disney movies like this. I adore the way you painted this taum's anatomy. Like holy cow the details! ;0; The wrinkles do SUCH a fantastic job showing the taum's furless skin quality XD It's hella creepy and it cracks me up how well you portrayed the nude skin. I really like the texture you managed with the wrinkles too. They move in directions that make sense with the anatomy, and the way the wrinkles meet and curl/curve give a fun movement and pattern to the skin. Very well done Ulti! I love this piece '3' <3

thanks so much coco! I'm glad you appreciate the wrinkles, I spent a fair bit of time on them x) they are probably my favorite bit too, with this style of linework that is so unexpressive by thickness I had to make the lines talk a lot more in shapes. So I'm glad that turned out as I hoped ;w; <3
