Mickey's pissed that Marceline sucked out the red of his red shorts. Red is Mickey's favorite and signature color. Also Mickey looks ridiculous with white shorts. Homer probably will be pissed off too if Marceline sucked the red out of his shorts because Homer also wears red shorts. Also, I think Oswald may said, "I'm glad I wear blue because Marceline doesn't sucked the color blue of things".
