Ideas:
* Sagwa, Dongwa, and Sheegwa as Horsecar Pullers (The Foolish Magistrate lost a bet or something. They were sent back because Sheegwa was considered too cute for Sodor)
* Hollywood Hank (During the once-a-day diesel vs. steamie confrontation, Hank pushed Diesel into the Gordon dipping pond by the other sheds, then his driver and fireman pulled off their Sodor Railways uniforms to reveal nWo T-shirts before Hank uttered the "Too Sweet!" catchphrase. He then delivered a speech where he bashed Sodor Railways, as boos filled the yards. Hank then was repainted into nWo colors and given a new, mysterious driver and fireman, and the nWo spokesperson (aka Chad Fortune) had to tell Sir Topscam Fatt what the hell Hollywood Hank did each day (Monster Jam reference yay). He was sent back after a taping of WCW Monday Nitro at the Tidmouth Arena went horribly wrong)
* Lum the Invader Engine (She came from the planet Oni and came with Lum Invader (Lumception?) and her dad as her driver and fireman respectively. She was sent back because Diesel didn't touch her horns within 10 days or something)
* Marie the Lady Engine (Ladies do not start fights [with diesels], but they can finish them! She was sent back after the incident with Toulouse)
* Toulouse the Painter Engine (He paints stuff, duh! He was sent back after getting paint in Hollywood Hank's eyes, thus sending the nWo after him, Marie, and Berlioz)
* Berlioz the Piano Engine (Plays the piano. He was sent back after the incident with Toulouse)
* Sportacus the Sports Engine (He was on loan from the elf himself. He was sent back after Robbie Rotten replaced his coal with candy apples)
* Robbie Rotten the Villain Engine (He is number one, hey! He was sent back [in respect] after Stefan Karl Steffansson died)
* Billy Mays the Pitchman Engine (HI BILLY MAYS THE PITCHMAN ENGINE HERE FOR SODOR RAILWAYS! THE EASY WAY TO TRAVEL! He was sent back because he was too loud for Sodor)
* Mary Bell the Floral Magician Engine (She makes flowers grow or something. She was sent back because The Morbidly Obese Railway Manager kept getting villains [and because she's based off an anime character, loli fans] on the island)
* Shin-chan the Kid Engine (Came with Doraemon and Dorami the Gadget Engines. He was sent back because he kept shaking his rear lamp at everyone)
* Doraemon and Dorami the Gadget Engines (Came with Shin-chan the Kid Engine. They were sent back because Doraemon was useless at times)
* The Sailor Scout Coaches (Usagi and co. came from Japan to clean up the villains Mary Bell triggered to come to the island. They were sent back after their job was done)
* Grave Digger 28.5 (She's just Rosie repainted in the scheme of the Black and Green [and purple] Wrecking Machine, after Fatso made a deal with Dennis Anderson and FELD. Her wheels are painted to resemble BKT tires. She was not sent back, she was just repainted, she's Rosie for f's sake!) 
* The Michael Rosen Coach (A coach made for Michael Rosen during his plumtastic trips to the Railfans and Foamers' Union of the People's Democratic Republic of the Island of Sodor. It was sent back after RootNegativeSixteen was revealed to be 256pialternate in disguise, angering Robbie Rotten the Villain Engine)
* Gerbert the Christian Engine (He's Fatface's man, and he wants to spend his day with you (oh baby you make me smile, be-bop-a-something-something) He was sent back after Binney Brush got in a fight with Toulouse).
* The Cinema Snob Engine (He rants on bad movies. He was sent back after he was caught making out with Sagwa)
* Bastard Film Train (Shunts the Cinema Snob Engine's female relatives. He was sent back after losing to Hollywood Hank at that WCW Monday Nitro show at Tidmouth. The arena blew up before Hollywood Hank had a chance to take on the real Sting though)
* Ezekiel Zick the Monster Hunting Engine (He was brought in to get rid of Gator after the WCW thing. He was sent back after his job was finished)
* Elena Potato the Monster Hunting Engine (Same info as Zick)
* Timothy-Moth and Jeremy-Joth the Cat Coaches (Zick and Elena's advisor coaches. They were sent back along with Zick and Elena after their job was finished).
* Boris the Mobile Liquor Store (Imported from Russia by Fatman. He was sent back after Prohibition was enacted on Sodor... for 2 days)
* Steve the DJ Engine (He was sent by the Insane Coho Lips in the late 1970's to eliminate Marsha the Mobile Strip Club and Barry the Mobile Teen Disco. He later devolved into a everyman DJ engine. He... is still on Sodor, yet he's not on the show)
* Barry the Mobile Teen Disco (Built in 1978. He was eliminated by Steve the DJ Engine during his Insane Coho Lips membership days)
