interesting photo. less is, in this case more. but i think there's a little too much of the 'less' in this, so maybe another item added would have made it better! However, I think it's a really good shot, well done, great job!

What is it that you like about it so much? Its important that you know what you like about it as well as others. Depth of field is good but you kind of lose some of that with so little background. I like the crisp focus on the leaf. Its good that you don't have a lot of visual clutter to obscure your main subject, just needs a little something to give your audience a better feel of depth (if that what you wanted). I can give you my evaluation of your image but you have to decide if what I think is valid or not. Helps you to find your own photographic and artistic voice.
