This started as a super rough sketch on a tiny piece of paper. But I had a dream! I wanted to create something beautiful with a dragon gracefully rising out of the water to meet you face to face. I'm very happy with how well this turned out and I learnt a thing or too about scales doing this work too.
The nature spirit rises from the depths of a sacred pond, the petals of lillies clustering about his face like a flowery mane. He stares at you as the water slowly drips from his horns, his body disappearing into the darkness below. His eyes gaze up in judgement of the human before him. Do you think you are worthy?
