I really like how the sky feels as if it's warping and shaping itself around the building there. o.O
The wideness is fantastic and I think it's awesome how you've managed to capture quite a bit there... There's certainly more of an effect, coupled with the contrast and the colours of things.
I'm not fond of the low saturation and how strong the contrast is, actually, as I feel it's a bit too much... I also feel that you could crop the right side a bit.
Not bad, though.

Thats epic - looks like something out of a movie, though its not very Jedi-esque, I'd imagine this is a sith lair (politicians are all sith didn't you know?)
I love the colors and lines, and the vignette does keep the eyes focused on the building rather than the annoying pedestrians at the bottom.
