This guy is from the same dimension as the long-necked elves (like umbbe.deviantart.com/art/Elf-a… and umbbe.deviantart.com/art/Anoth… )
This is actually kinda like a character sheet, tho I didn't do it from the back because I'm a goof. Imagine more leaves back there I suppose. (also I should have looked at pinecones or something for the bodycovering.... agh whatever it's too late now).

The elf king is the original source for all elves. It cannot speak, and it’s voice is a terribly loud cacophony of children screaming, crying or laughing. It berserks if it ends up in a city and tries to destroy any buildings it can to encourage vegetation growth. It doesn’t really understand that humans build cities, though.

The Vaeki elves (aka the kinda slightly nicer ones. They don’t usually kill humans.) are currently in control of it. They reside in the 7th dimension (behind two gates, first being placed in the 4th dimension to keep out the dotheads residing in dimension two and three, second placed in dimension 6 to keep out the demons who reside in dimension 5. Luckily for humans the 4th gate also keeps the demons from entering the human world…)

They keep the elf king peaceful with sacrifices- annually they have to give it a baby - human or elf will do (guess which they’d rather give), monthly a goat and weekly a couple dozen liters of blood. Sugar is not mandatory but recommended.

Those that are closest to the king in lineage are kept in higher esteem - their magical power is greater and they are usually nobles. This encourages inbreeding very strongly. (Most nobles have to distinguish themselves with illusion spells or clothing since their features are so similar.) Lower caste elves are usually more or less mixed with humans they’ve abducted as wives or husbands.
