WOW LOOK AT THIS INTENSE MINOR LINEART CHANGE... I guess. well okay it's not THAT big a change at all-- it's not like everyone's suddenly hyper realistic or something. but hey, as the one drawing these things constantly, you'd be amazed at how much a different brush just feels soooo much better for some reason! the original "thin lines" brush I first used because I wanted it to look loose and "sketchy", to hopefully finish them faster. but as usual, I'm wayyyy too anal and ended up just cleaning everythig up anyway. I wasn't a fan of how it looked after a while, so I messed around a bit and now we're here!

boy that sure was a lot of words for "I'm using a new inking brush and that's why it's slightly different looking", lol. again, it's probably so minor to everyone else, and it's not like it'll be a particularly jarring change. but it certainly feels a lot nicer to me! hopefully I'm not just talking out of my ass and there actually is a noticeable improvement to y'all too :U

~RANDOM TIDBIT~
flying types can never learn how to literally "fly", but super skilled ones can get pretty close! for the most part though, it's mostly just about movement and manipulating air. brief gliding and hovering are definitly doable, but actual flying for really long distances are a no-go. attempts to do so usually just lead to broken bones and using up wayyyy too much energy to get the strength necessary to even keep their body up. so basically, don't even try.
in this case, Elle wouldn't really be trained enough to easily make a jump like that and land it well (as is uh, evident). it's different than Leon's water attack here, which is moreso being used like a rocket to shoot himself forward, thus being more likely to cover more distance. NEAT.
