This is a really epic shot! It seems like the tower itself is turning into fog.
Somebody said the man in the foreground is destroying the composition. I don't think so. He makes the picture more vivid because without him ther wouldn't be any foreground at all.
(And less contrast between the upper and lower part)

This is a nice shot, though I find it a pity that there's a guy "destroying" the view for me in the right corner. He snatches my attention, and I truly think it would have been more interesting without him there, because then I would focus more on the tower and how it's fading into the sky.
This is my opinion though, I do not know if your intention was to have that guy there or if he just walked into your composition. Though the tower itself is nice
