Hes a Lucario Knight of Eleks Clan, the most powerful Lucario clan from First to Second Era then Late Third Era before dissapearing in the 4th Era. Riu is the current Clan Master being the son of the previous one and is considered to be the most powerful Mortal Lucario in the History of Origins. He has honor and such but has hate for Humans.
