Few landmasses. Scarce resources. This is the life that modern Ryugha had to endure. Lucas Vinyl, daughter to one of the leading soldiers of TEMPLAR (a peacekeeping group between lands), volunteered to assist - same as anybody who lived in a TEMPLAR Base. She studied in engineering and archaeology, hoping to make sense of the locale descriptions and unknown technology left by the olden predecessors.

Lucas was mostly interested in the musical culture of the old age, recording music measures left in documents and murals. While she accompanied her father in one of Lunalis's ruins, she used her tablet to compose one of the measures there. It produced a very gentle and comforting tune...and this awakened something within the ruins - Damian, a dragon who lived in the old age, but fell into a crystal stasis for some number of centuries. Lucas was frightened of Damian at first, but he came to her rescue when mysterious bug monsters called Gorvik attacked. After he saw her safely back to the TEMPLAR squad, Damian followed them out to the base.

Ever since, Lucas would be learning more about the old world from Damian, Camilia, and other dragons awakened from crystal stasis. With the missing land returning, Lucas hopes to understand more about the Ryugha that was lost...and to resolve the conflict that was slumbering with the dragons.

- I mostly imagined how outfits would look in a world that has limited resources to go off of. The barely-fitting underclothes and poncho are the result of that thought. It also has some loose inspiration from EDM-style clothes, but there's a thematic reason for that.

- Lucas is holding a tablet designed after Ryugha's ancient tech. Its screen doesn't display very many colors (think most of Kill la Kill's computer displays). Her earpiece is modeled after similar technology - coincidentally, making it a lot like the dragons' Somna Amplifiers.

- Her specie is "Homiad" instead of human - that's because I've been thinking of some other humanoid species to populate Ryugha with.

- Lucas can engage in combat...but not like this. I'll bring in her eventual means of combat soon.
