Description Anna continues to work out her own phobia. One of the ways she practices is weight training at the bottom of the sea. The bottom line is that Anna is doing her usual thing for herself, which distracts her from external uncomfortable circumstances. She is enough for about 40 seconds of training before her lungs begin to contract badly. This is quite enough for a full-fledged approach, after which Anna can float up for air.
