Before I begin, I must note that I am a highly critical person when it comes to assesing artwork - so the rankings I have given you show how amazing this deviation really is!
The artistic technique used is outstanding - the production skills put to work here allow the deviation to really speak out its message (for the onlooker to interpret) - and expression is key to artwork. The idea of using black and white rather than colour reflects city atmosphere - this grants the work a wonderful repercussive eminence, which challenges the viewer to reflect on their perception of the world and their current place in it, creating a a rather convincing impact.
The only point that it seems to not excel all that greatly on is that of orginality - not all artwork is a display of complete excellence, if any. A greter element of authenticy may have been added by increasing the interest in the weather, which may even have boosted the already fantastic impact.
On the whole, this is a very good piece of artwork, definately worthy of merit, of which you should be proud!
