Awesome composition. The perfectly level horizon. Great aperture use too. Gives the BG some bokeh, but in focus enough to see some nice wavy details on the ocean. The sand on your stomach and elbow, along with the fabric marks give it the sense that you just got up from sun bathing.
I love it.
I can tell this was a "myspace" or handheld shot just by your stance in the shot, so not sure how much of this was on purpose, but awesome capture nonetheless.

I must say that this piece is wonderfully framed! The great saturation conveys the atmosphere well, and the focusing isn't bad, either.
It's pretty cool how the little sediments are still stuck to your arm and tummy. It ... somehow adds more depth to things, which is great.
