Description
Mheetu and Hasidi's goodbye. Shortly after: Sarafina's Prince as Mheetu says goodbye to his Mate and his father's best friend Hasidi. Might not be complete, as I'm not 100% happy with it, but I wanted to post it just in case I never got around to finishing it.Theory:
-Mheetu is Sarafina/Scar's first cub.
-Hasidi is Uru's distant cousin and the mother of Kovu.

Yes, in my theory/personal TLK universe, Scar/Sarafina=Mheetu. Mheetu/Hasidi=Kovu. I'm currently working on a small picture-chart limited only to Scar/Mufasa and direct family, so you might keep an eye out for that if you want to know more. I'm about to post a word-only chart, so if you want to know more, you can take a look at that.

...But wouldn't that make the whole, Kovu/Kiara thing incest? I mean, Scar is Kiara's great uncle, Sarafina is her grandmother, so Mheetu would be her cousin/uncle...?

If Scar/Mufasa are brothers and Sarafina/Sarabi unrelated, then Mheetu/Simba would be cousins, and Kovu/Kiara first cousins. It's perfectly legal for first cousins to marry in most countries.

Sorry, skipped your Nala problem. Scar isn't her father in my theory. Sarafina had her with another male to provide cub who could become Simba's mate, as she was in love with Scar. It's actually a bit complicated. Sarabi/Sarafina were both betrothed to Mufasa/the next King, and he chose Sarabi. Sarafina/Mufasa's contract then fell to Simba/Sarafina's cub, and she loved Scar. She found another male and birthed Nala to solve the problem. Scar didn't know until after Nala was an adult, Mheetu was named King, left(might see Sarafina's Prince, in my gallery for that) and when Kovu was born, Scar named him King. I have some stuff to post in the next few weeks that might help if that's confusing.

I'm bad at explaining. I'm currently working on a picture, and the article I wrote to go with it might help. I'll let you know when I get it up, because unless I really spend time,I am really bad at explaining. The thing is, if Kovu is related to Scar, and Kiara to Mufasa, it does help explain why them becoming Mates was a good idea. It reunites the line of the Kings, makes Scar/Mufasa's death less tragic, and reiterates that both brothers have a right to the throne. I thought it was a little sweet.
