Finally was able to finish this project.I am one of those few, that wish King Dedede would join Kirby every now and then help him in an anime. Him along everyone here would make quite the awesome Kirby team.
With the anime we've got...I still find it contradictory how King Dedede would practically be in cahoots with Nightmare in the anime...when in the video games King Dedede was trying to protect dreamland from nightmare. I understand its two completely different universes...but people get the wrong idea about King Dedede when they just are introduced to the kirby series by the anime, believe me, I have met a fair share of people who hate Dedede because of how his character is in the show.
I don't mean for King Dedede to be all buddy buddy with Kirby, he can still tease and make fun of Kirby
. But wouldn't it be nice if King Dedede joined forces with Kirby and his friends to help him fight greater evil once and a while. I mean, wouldn't it be cool if King Dedede actually fulfilled his role as King and had the Knights and kirby help him defend dreamland? That would be cool. Heck...the anime pilot showed Kirby riding King Dedede, clearly showing Dedede set his differences aside with Kirby and assisting him when Dreamland was under attack.
Oh well, here is my idea of a new idea of the anime (Which doesn't change much...just gets the main dreamland characters we know together on the forces of good).

I sincerely agree with your idea, I wasn't introduced to Kirby by the Anime so I always had the idea that King Dedede wasn't necessarily a bad guy

Here's what would be fixed in this HnK upgrade:
1. Pupupu Islands is a NORTHERN country and is close to the subtropics, but not quite. The palm trees are non-native but have adapted to the snowy winters and cold autumn, and the palm trees were introduced to Pupupu by sailors during the recent World War. Kinda like the palm trees in Southern New Zealand and Southern Australia (certain parts) and that they get snow.
2. My least favorite episodes were Going Bonkers and The Kirby Quiz, in fact I don't really like the anime anymore. 
3. We'd see scenes throughout many episodes of Fumu, Bun and the other kids in school, and their teacher would be that sweet, kind man from Teacher's Pet. You know, Mr. Chip.
4. Please don't hate me for this but I'd like the HnK remake to have no less than 15 episodes and no more than 40. I feel like there's too many remakes these days, so this one will be short (a sub-spinoff series, and some of its episodes will be in Live and DVD Kirby Planet Robobot specials) also easier for the producers and writers to do
5. Though the episodes would be largely remade, there'd be some original content, if you know what I mean. 
6. Fights would be more violent and up to the point of (minor) blood and gore, and there also be some swearing, (For instance, Knuckle Joe cusses a lot) toilet humor (mainly people using the toilet like there was in some episodes, minor), mild suggestive themes (especially in Cartoon Buffoon remake) and wine and drinking (especially at Samo's Bar).
7. Before the episode begins (after the theme song), a funny comic strip made by famous Kirby artists (like WarpStars ) would be read aloud as a pre-episode short.
8. Some of sponsors would be Proctor and Gamble, Nickeloden and Disney.
9. At the end of each episode there be a promotional sneak peek of the next episode to excite the viewers for the next one. (This was done with the late episodes of HnK)
10. Feature Characters like Magolor, Taranza, Marx and Adeline along with Ribbon, and almost forget to mention that personally I'd like this remake to be based off of Triple Deluxe with HnK.
11. Many episodes would feature Queen Sectonia and her royal cousins and Taranza in the Floralian Kingdom.

I believe that Nightmare somehow faked hisdeath or at least he need to be killed in the corporal world to finish him but hey if Kirby of the Stars have a sequel.

I spent 12 years under the wrong impression of King Dedede because of the anime, classifying him with Bowser and Ganon when taking screenshots in Brawl and shrugged off his role in SSE as "nothing in Smash Bros. is canon". But I never outright hated him; I just didn't care for him initially. I started to like him a little more when Brawl came along for his goofy taunts and demeanor. And the various forum posts I read around the time of his announcement awakened some nostalgia for the anime that I didn't know I had. Then I picked up Nightmare in Dreamland for the first time in 5 years, finally beating it, and that's when I saw there was much more to the egocentric penguin than what is usually let on.
I would love to see a new saga for the anime, with Dedede portrayed more as an anti-villain who's willing to set aside his one-sided grudge with Kirby once in a while to help face greater evils (Bonus points if Ted Lewis reprises the role). Bear in mind, he'd still be trying to humiliate Kirby, but he would have no affiliation with the new bigger bad.

I can see how a misunderstanding like that can occur. I honestly thought they were changing King Dedede to be more evil from then on. After I saw this show, and saw the boss battle in Kirby's Air Ride, it seemed pretty apparent HAL was trying to gear King Dedede to be more of a villain.
Brawl really gave a different take on Dedede. I was taken by surprise once again by his voice, as did Ted Lewis' voice for Dedede. I was expecting a quacking duck like voice. After all, King Dedede's portrait in Kirby's dreamland for gameboy reminded me of some of Carl Bark's drawings of ducks. (I am a huge fan of Scrooge McDuck, and I love your icon! 
Nonetheless, I really liked his goofyness, and his role in the Subspace Emissary, as it was extremely similar to his role from Kirby's Adventure. I am not fond of the comparison of Dedede with Bowser, they may be big-size characters, and are Kings, but that doesn't mean Dedede is just a Penguin version of the evil Bowser.
I would love a new anime featuring these characters, with King Dedede being on Kirby's side this time. And I agree, I want him to still try and make fun of Kirby and humiliate him as they are rivals, but he would never be on the side of evil like Nightmare

alot of people consider the anime to be a prequel to the games, i don't think there is anything official either way on this, but if you look at the anime this way it all makes sense

The anime defintely did a good job of making Dedede look stupid and evil, I'll tell ya that.
It was hard to watch as a kid, my favorite character turned into something evil which he really is not. :/

Video game cartoons in a nutshell. They usually deviate heavily from the source material. I'm looking at you Captain N. I want there to be a video game based cartoon that's faithful to its source material but still adds new or original twists to it or things they made up but would still fit inside the game's uinverse.

Oh Captain N! Yeah...they murdered Mega man, Pit, and Simon Belmont. There was no source material, they just went with whatever they wanted. Heck, Von Goosewing (From Duckula) is a better Vampire killer than Simon from Captain N...LOL.
I want for a cartoon like that too...surprising there still hasn't been a Mario cartoon since Super Mario World, for example.

I would love for this show to be continued! And I agree, it would be nice to see Dedede be more of a protagonist, as long as he keeps up those marvelous quotes of his (yeah... I watch the English dub XD)

That is the one thing I didn't like about the anime series, it made Dedede look evil and he is not in reality and a lot of Kirby fancomics I see, Dedede is usually one of the bad guys due to the anime's influence if the person watched it. If they do another anime series, I hope Dedede gets a more positive role in it.

I too, have seen some of the fancomics, and as a Dedede fan it hurts to see him portrayed as someone similar to Bowser. Just because Dedede is big and may be set up to be the final boss in some of the games, doesn't make him an evil bad guy, because most of those fights were because of being possessed to do harm.
I hope for the same thing. After playing Kirby's Return to Dreamland...the anime and that game make the relationships between the characters go way of the whack causing HUGE confusion. I hope the next anime, if there is one, uses the characters as they are in the games.

Yeah, most of the time, he's the fake final boss because the game's collectible item is not all collected yet and/or he is usually possessed by a evil being.
