well technically, the simple shape dIFS ones aren't fractals...the y are more like the baseshapes in Incendia or primitives in Bryce... to be counted as a fractal I believe it has to be generated by a repeating formula, and that zooming in is supposed to cause an infinite regression of the same image... the things like spheres and cubes in MB are just primitive shape calculations that can be rendered by the same engine as the fractal formulas.
(I know, its confusing, you nearly have to be a math expert to see the difference)

well, honestly I think by dA standards as well as most artists, they are still considered fractals since they are made with a fractal program... its merely a technical point.

I think it does somewhere... but if I remember (its been a long time since I used it) you might have to switch to one of the other windows to see the count... if I should happen to decide to use it again, I'll try to remember to pay attention and then I'll let you know what i figure out

oh yeah... have to have Incendia EX and not one of the other versions.
Have yo seen the ones I did? Probably have, but if not check my Animations folder and look at the descriptions to see which are Incendia
