tell me how did you did to make the character so consistent?
I mean the proportions because it ends up going inconsistent for me.

While I was roughing out the keyframes for this one, what really helped me keep it as consistent as I could was drawing a flat, horizontal lines for where the head, arms, and legs should go. It's tough imagining where things go in 3D space so you've got to give yourself some guidelines to help your brain make sense of where everything goes.
Here's kind of an example of what I mean
Just work on the most important frames first, the frames that show what the character is doing and where it will be going. Make sure those are the most consistent frames because if your keyframes are off model, you between frames will be even more off model.
I'd also suggest asking more experienced animators for help. This and the peach gif are really the only two experiences that I have animating, so the knowledge I can provide is limited! I appreciate the question though. Good luck!

I love the playful, adorable appeal. Sadly the animation cuts for me.

Aww! Adorable!
The staff has a little 3D effect going on. Nice work!

I don't see the problem, she can already levitate and her staff can too.
Also, this is adorable.

This is awesome!
Palutena is one of my favourite characters in Smash, and I love her in Kid Icarus: Uprising even more.
