Actually this character doesn't exactly appear in the show but I think someone on the amino app or something came up with them and eventually people started calling this character 'phos' or 'phosphophyllite' because of the gold arms this oc can manipulate exactly like phos can but this is the best drawing of this character I've seen

This is Phos. It's their design from much further on in the manga - the anime didn't adapt that far. If you've been seeing this character around, I'm afraid you've been spoiled several times - look it up on any wiki or info source if you like.

It's gonna be nice if they do a season 2 of Houseki No Kuni and we get to see Phosphophyllite when they have reached this appearance...!
