Description
Escudo is a docile and gentle creatureshe spends most of her time borrowing through the earth searching for food. She primarily eats insects but also eats minerals which helps build the armor that covers her body.
She dosent like fighting so she will usually roll up in a ball and just wait for the attacker to pass by. But if need be she will use force.
Her claws are capable of piercing through steel and her tall can crush a car. the only unarmored parts of her body are her head, crouch, and under her paws. This would make it very hard to land a fatal blow.
but due to her heavy armor ( close to a ton) she can only swim in very shallow water any deeper and she can drown
this one was fun to make escudo is a combination of a pangolin, bat, and kangaroo
and just in case your wondering Escudo is spanish for shield

Excellent creature design, and I like the description of her abilities and traits; I think you represented them well in her design.
One thing though... if she's too heavy to swim, then that's true regardless of the depth. If she has trouble swimming in deep water, then she has trouble swimming in any water. Unless you don't mean swimming, and you're saying she just can't swim; she can go in shallow water but can't swim in anything deeper?

This is one cool creature! although if this was in real life, the creature wouldn't need the strong tail if it spends its time burrowing underground.
