Pretty good. Like I said in your other one, colors and overall composition are pretty decent. The blur in the back is a good touch that helps add more focus to the main figure of the image. Character design is pretty good itself.  However, I will comment that the shading itself actually looks pretty odd in itself. The shading does give some volume and shape to the character, but it looks pretty blurry and a little messy. It removes the sense of shading or shadows, and look a lot more like smudges that had been splashed on. It works in some areas, like those that are definitely meant to be smudges. However, not for the shadows. 

Lastly, the splashes of blood look too thick. They appear more gelatinous than liquid. I think this has to do with the darker shade of red used at the center of the blood, as well as the lighting. By doing this, it is given more of a shape and even a form, as if there's actually something at the center of it. 

The picture itself does have energy to it, and it is pretty decent, however. So good job!

Oh my!! This looks absolutely amazing! 
It's got a super cool chaotic atmosphere. Good job on her design too- I love her eye!
