Here we are again with another Character for my OC, "Kamen Rider Harō". This rider is based off of a skirmisher (NOTE: Sanpei is Japanese for Skirmisher).
I have not made an actual character status for this Character or my other two, soooo, if you guys want to help me out feel free to do that. My other characters are here > ~Undecellion <
i have inked and FINALLY scanned my art after a long period of time. so I am pretty happy now.
The weapon Sanpei wields is the 'Mōkin no hane' or Raptors Vane, which utilizes a skirmisher's spiritual energy (which you can obviously see).
