Here's another sketch cover I did at WWNE. It's Animal chewing on a drumstick, not smoking. The tricky part about doing these Muppet Show sketch covers is that you think you'd have a whole treasure trove of reference inside the book, but that's not quite the case. You're not getting the muppet, but the comic version of said muppet. And I don't want to do a copy of a copy. So that means I have to look at the drawings in the book and work backwards from there to try and remember what the real muppet looked like. And I know Animal has those crazy eyebrows. I'm not sure if he looks more like Goriddle Gorilla from The Great Space Coaster, but it was fun to do nonetheless.
