I use a different technique for this kind of shot, set the expo at -1 or -2 in camera and the opposite in flash (+1 or 2) for a more dramatic light.
And these eyes are magnetic! I completely forgot that she's naked!

Yes I did overlight this shot. Normally I try to light differently but oh well.
