I like that the only colors are of the fire. It creates an imbalance between what catches the eye and the actual focus. The shading is very nice. It does everything it should without feeling odd.
I almost wish there was more detail in her hair. The detailing on the ends feels like it should be throughout the hair. Her legs look a little odd. The fat on her left leg is too low. It makes her pants look really constricting. Also, her right thigh looks too long. The background is a bit too bright, and takes away from the fire. Try a light grey instead of pure white.
You did a good job with her pose. Looking at it, you can really feel the energy in her body. Overall, very nice job.
