It's good to cry, even if you do it often. It's a way to express Happiness, sadness, and a lot of different emotions. For me, it's somehow contagious. But that May be a good thing. Maybe it would be good for me to let some of it out. You are crying because you're expressing a good feeling, You're just expressing your emotions. You should continue to express them, if you want or need to.
