Now, Kamen Rider franchise have a great written female Riders. Like, Kamen Rider Jeanne from Kamen Rider Revice. And, I think - it's time for KR season with female Rider as main leading character.
My OC Rider has a inspiration Kat/The Gravity Queen (from Gravity Rush 1-2 games). Mostly in her own backstory, personality, and, a little bit, in her abilities. And one more thing - her mask should have similar looking with Lucy's mask from Elfen Lied.
