Knowing Pinkie, I don't think even Robotnik's roboticizer can break her free will. It'd also do Egghead more bad than good.

The roboticizer functions as a direct flesh-to-component transmuter, for example converting a knee joint into an efficient servomotor in the leg to assist knee movement. As a result, the brain is transmuted into a plastic-and-metal CPU and motherboard that contains the conciousness of an individual, translated from neuron impulses into code. Because the brain has no "firewall", the CPU unit of a Robian lacks protection as well. Normally, the roboticizer would complete functions here, but the roboticizers under service with Robotnik contain extra code designed to suppress movement permissions to the individual CPU code, replacing it with a basic A.I. that controls movement and obeys orders. This is because the CPU code of the individual is hard-coded in- you can't delete it from the board and CPU. This means that no matter the will of Pinkie Pie, she cannot simply subjugate the control programs that Robotnik inputted into her. As a result, she'd be no more likely to "break free" than any other Robian serving in Robotropolis.

Yeah... sorry but I don't like the Archie comic side of Sonic anymore despite being a huge fan of the series since he was my first ever video game, Issue 231 is when the comics felt like they had been ruined to me because I had no clue about anything from that point and just stopped reading. Basically the fact the Roboticizer is here is the main issue.
No offense, I just blame the path the comics took.

I dunno, I read the modern Comic series, and Ian Flynn has really made the series very interesting and fun. I would give it a try, I mean, Robotnik is up to some pretty serious shit right now. the Echidnas are all but extinct because of a new cannical fan character. Oh just read it online damn you!

Either way from what the current news updates I read, the comic still hasn't earned back my trust, and most likely won't earn it back until Naugus is out of Mobotropolis (he kinda started what made me leave the reading of the comics) or whatever its name was... can't remember it.
