Origin: Originally made by Universe 11 Bibidi as Pure Evil, but escapes his control.
Background: After escaping Bibidi's control, Baio (or at the time, a stronger version of Kid Buu) ends up destroying a few planets before going back to face off against the Supreme Kais, eventually absorbing the West Supreme Kai, resulting in the birth of Baio. Afterwards, Bibidi attempts to re-control Baio, who then returns the favor by exploding his head. Because of absorbing the West Supreme Kai, Baio ends up gaining a compassion for other beings, but contempt for evil beings, such as Bibidi. She ends up going to an isolated planet and meditating to expand her power, reaching almost godly heights (surpassing SSJ3 Vegito). When she senses Buu reawakening, she attempts to get to Buu's power as fast as she can. She arrives too late, finding Earth reduced to a planet of rubble. Furious, she almost destroys the planet until she sees someone sulking along the road with a dog. That person is Hercule, the world's former champion, now a lone wanderer. When they first truly meet, Hercule is scared to see her, yelling that she's a "pink, blobby demon." After a few months of attempting to say she's not responsible, Hercule finally sees no resemblance to that "monster" and becomes good friends with her. 4 years later, the Vargas come to ask if she would be in the tournament. She agrees, but asks if she can take Hercule. They say yes, and Baio, along with Hercule, boards the Vargas' ship, not before realizing Buu and Babadi are there. She gives absolutely no sympathy to Babidi during this and the tournament, only to win so she gets her wish of having Buu never born in her universe, thereby changing history for the better.
