This is for and its her Naruto oc Kira! A while back I said I would draw her at some point, because honestly I think this character is adorable *u* love the outfit, hair, the colors, all of it! And I usually disprove of Naruto oc's with face piercings but I really like them on her! It just looks..correct and believable. Its extremely hard for me to accept oc's in the sand village or leaf village with things on their face o___o one because sand villagers seem to only have ear piercings and I think only team Asuma has pierced ears..ANYWAY I really like this character! She was really fun to draw and I'm happy with the way it came out! *first time doing pigtails, one of the reasons I wanted to draw her*
Its hard to find people who pull off pigtails..before seeing Kira I always thought only Naruko was cute But Kira is adorable!

Since Kira has so many tiny tiny details so usually people forget a few things while drawing her

I didn't mean to rant xD But I know I did, since I just type what I'm thinking while waiting for dA to load up the picture haha
And I meant that I see a ton of oc's with piercings and I just think they dont fit the character or the style of their village so I tend to really not like the way it looks or the oc o_o
But I like Kira's! Thats what I was saying~
I like details too! I can just never think of any for my own oc's... So it was nice to do hers! I was trying to be very accurate :'D
