5 layer, 2 for each robot and 1 for the outer glow.Still not 100% pleased with this one, the background is lacking. I played around with some different ideas and this was the one I liked best. As always open to your ideas.

actually it is painted after i painted the robots. I have an extra layer that covers up just the robots and i sprayed the white around them while they are masked off.

i think a lighter background would be better. with the dark background it seems to make the subjects darker. and your splatter could be a bit more uniform
