During a freakish accident, Mettaton managed to get his hair torn to shreds, along with a few scratches. That includes his forhead, eye, arms, chest plate, and heals. His shoulder pads we're completely gone and had to get replacements with these small black ones- unlike his pink ones. Also he has piercings 😎
