- added a start button
- removed the textures from the start menu for cleaner look
- theme's fonts were changed from Tahoma to Segoe UI

no, it is not.. nobody had reported such a problem since now and I have never put a password on the archive.. Try reinstalling your archiver or try a different archive program (7zip, WinZip, WinRar). I don't know why you have that problem.

Finally i got the time to check this out. It looks nice, and i would call it Win8 inspired. I needed one which looks like the real Windows8. Unfortunately i found none by browsing DA. Most of them have the same probs as this one:
Wrong captionbutton size and colours
Captionfonts to small and wrong colours.
Sideborders without inner frame
Wrong taskbar
Wrong colour of scrollbar
But maybe it is meant to be so. This doesn't mean it is bad, only it is not like the real one.

well, i'm not sure if i could make it come out of the taskbar. it would probably be too small.

Strange bug; on some windows things like text and stuff aren't showing up unless you hover over them

I like the new start menu without the texture. A SteelBlue4 (#2B547E) start menu version would be cool. hint, hint.
Question: Do you plan to make a version (or an option inside the "Properties" interface, if you prefer) without the start menu button? Or do you recommend version 1.2?

Well, I've been working hard on this theme for a week and a half and I'm taking a break for a while. There won't be updates very soon. The difference between v1.2 and v1.3 isn't very big. If you prefer a version without the start button, I recommend v1.2. Maybe in the future I'll release some kind of "MetroXP v1.2 (Clean Edition)" which will have no start button and no start menu backround textures. However, if I continue to release new color schemes, they probably won't support v1.2 (Clean Edition). They will be released as v1.4, v1.5 ect... and they will have a start button unless most of the people want me to remove the start button from future releases.
