Here's page three of Kim Possible's bubbly underwater instructional guide! Just like last time, here are subtitles for the bubble-impaired...Panel 2: Ahh, that's better!
Panel 3: And two, you can get out of these chains! Not a problem for a spy armed with a cell phone full of awesome little gadgets!
This thing is the best! It's got a grappling hook, a global positioning system, an MP3 player...
Panel 4: And most important, a plasma cutter!
Panel 5: Careful...
Panel 6: Booyah! See, that wasn't so hard, was it?
As a side note, my apologies to all those nice folks who were hoping to see Kim drown or be gagged or get her ass kicked by Shego. As the kids say today, Kimmy is too awesome to fail.

I like the comic. The last panel reminds me of those scenes in the movies where everything is going great till a bus hits the character, or in this case a shark, LOl.
