I think they should give him the classic look, but keep the spider symbol on his chest....
he's already dangerous enough withhis webing , claws , and teeth.....so why give him weapons ?

Recently, I read an article where someone proposed releasing survival horror game surrounding venom. It makes sense. Venom was originally meant to be Spider-man's worse nightmare.
*Someone who knew his identity
*Someone he couldn't detect
*Someone he couldn't beat
Eventually all that washed away. People forgot what he was about and he just became another cash cow for Marvel. In a way much like the thing that inspired his creation, the Alien from Aliens.
I'd pray for his revival but he's not the only one suffering. Spider-man is in the same boat with him.
