It is! I was totally surprised! Not only does it have lots of action, some neat heavily modded vehicles, cool characters and awesome effects, it has humor too (like when someone say's something, and they cut to that nodding crow thing on the dashboard) I totally want one of those!

It's rare you can say the fourth movie (third for that matter), is better than the original!
