I felt it would be fun to make a study of every Zelda character once in awhile, both canon and OC that I have drawn or will come to draw in my series and maybe shed light as to why I chose their designs.

Full name and other titles: Nostrum, leader of the Order of Wizzrobe

Design Notes: A character I have plotted out for a long time and have yet to introduce formally, I present Nostrum. If you are well versed the meaning of his name defines his personality and goal (Nostrum = A false medicine claimed to cure all ailments). Being a Wizzrobe, I wanted to keep close to their original design. With the exception of the retarded old thing from Majora's Mask, all Wizzrobe appear to be bird-like (even the ghostly ones from the 2D games if you look closely enough). Thus I decided to give Nostrum an appearance that flows and feels avian despite the fact his heavy robes ground him.
